Rick Griffin is the founder of Griffin Consultants, which is a corporation dedicated to increasing the performance of individuals and organization through professional and personal development.

Rick speaks to thousands of groups from all over the country and is widely recognized for his work with diversity and workforce development.

His diversity programs have been used by several high profile organizations including Washington Family Policy Council, Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, and the National Coalition Building Institute.

Although Mr. Griffin has a Master’s degree in Adult Education, he also has a great passion for youth. He is a founding member of Jubilee Youth Ranch, one of the country’s largest private residential boarding school for struggling teens and has started and developed programming for several national programs to serve high-risk youth including High 5 Inc., Thumbs Up Youth Foundation, and The JAILS youth program.

He has received awards and recognition on the local, state, and national level including Outstanding Young Arizonian Award and Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges as well as a commendation from former Secretary of Education William Bennett.
